Eric Diller is from Florida and loves to surf, travel and take pictures. Most weekends He enjoys heading out to the beach or hitting the nature trails trying to get that one special shot!! With all the photos he likes to take, chances are you'lll see me somewhere between New Smyrna Beach and Sebastian Inlet Florida. Eric usually has new photos at his website every week.

Now, over to Eric...

I live in the beautiful city of Winter Park located in central Florida. Three of my passions in life are the surfing, the outdoors and photography. Due to many mishaps from extreme sporting I know find myself enjoying capturing the moment , its less painful. The relaxation and stress relief I get from photography is better than any prescription a doctor could prescribe. For me capturing the moment whether it be surfing, people or wildlife is such a gratifying feeling, a moment frozen in time to share with all.

Wildlife and surfing are my favorite things to photograph. I am especially interested in birding photos when out on the trails. Any other animals are always a welcomed bonus. I find this challenging since most birds do not sit still very long and there are so many types of them. Surfing and sporting evenst are also very rewarding photographically. I have put so many smiles on peoples faces just from a single capture, that alone is worth all the time I put into it. Photography is really an interesting hobby and as long as I can put a smile on someone's face, then it's "mission accomplished". My goal one day after I retire.....sitting on the beaches of Costa Rica taking surfing and wildlife pictures for the tourists.

We all have our favorite cameras and for me that is my Nikon D300. The pictures are always crisp and sharp and I will continue to use them for life. One of the reasons I really like the Sharing Digital Photography Worlwide Forum is the fact that nobody thinks there camera is better than the others. The people here are so friendly and we all share that common thread - we love photography!

This sharing and learning community forum is the best one I have seen. The amount of talent here is incredible. What I especially like are all the different photographers from all around the world and all the variety of pictures they post.
